General note:The applicant applies for a bunker permit for the transport and delivery of fuels (bunkers) designated by the mayor and aldermen to seagoing vessels that are used to propel those seagoing vessels and for the general and specific energy supply on board those seagoing vessels. The fuels are:- residual fuels and distillates (fuel oil and diesel)- biodiesel.The request is being done for the municipalities of Rotterdam, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Dordrecht, Zwijndrecht and Papendrecht. The applicant is aware that at the time the bunkering permit is granted, the applicant must (also) comply with the regulations included in the bunkering permit, including the obligation to have a Mass Flow Meter bunker system on board the bunkering vessel (this last with effect from January 1, 2026). Declaration of conduct Legal entity or Natural Person, not older than 3 months
The VOG NP must contain the screening profile 36 (Monitoring production processes), 37 (Having goods), 38 (Having substances, objects and objects, etc., which pose a risk to people (and animal)) and 62 ((Mobile) transport in which goods, products, mail and packages are transported and/or delivered, other than internal transport within a company).
If the applicant is a foreign company that has a legal entity in the Netherlands that carries out bunkering activities, it must submit a Certificate of Good Conduct/RP from the Dutch legal entity with the application. If the foreign company does not have a legal entity in the Netherlands that carries out bunkering activities, it must submit a comparable document with a VOG/RP, issued by a competent authority of the country where its company is located.
