Lashing company is able to offer its services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and to handle at least one (sea) container ship in the time specified by the shipping company or stevedore.
The lashing company is in possession of a valid ISO-9001 certificate or it can be demonstrated that it will be available in the foreseeable future.
Care has been taken to ensure that the lashers working under his responsibility have sufficient professional competence through the training referred to in Article 11.4.3 paragraph 2 of the 2020 Rotterdam Port By-Law, on the basis of which, in the opinion of the harbor master, the safety of the lasher, the ship, the cargo and the environment of the ship are guaranteed.

Care has been taken to ensure that the lashers working under his responsibility have proof of identity that includes a matching passport photo and that at least states the name of the lashing company that employs the lasher and the name and initials of the lasher.
Every year in January, the applicant submits to the harbor master the list of lashers employed, which states for each lasher: date of employment, relevant training received, statement of conduct and a statement that an identification document has been issued for the lasher in question.
