  • Article 5.6 of the 2020 Rotterdam Port By-Laws, which provides the conditions under which seagoing tankers carrying hazardous substances may be in a petroleumhaven;
  • Article 5.7 of the 2020 Rotterdam Port By-Laws, which provides the conditions under which a combination tanker carrying dangerous substances may be located outside a petroleumhaven;
