Tour of Lights

Tour of Lights

During the Tour of Lights, you will sail past the modern terminals of Maasvlakte 2 in the dark.

Admire the exciting interplay of light and dark and marvel at the countless lights.

Glittering boat trip

During the short winter days, step on board for special night-time cruises past the modern terminals of Maasvlakte 2. During the boat trip, admire the exciting interplay of light and dark and marvel at the countless lights. Watch how container ships emerge from the darkness like illuminated giants and how colossal cranes look even more impressive.

A guide travels with you and explains (in Dutch) interesting facts about what you see, or what is hidden from view thanks to the darkness. Foreign speakers can follow an audio tour on their smartphone. Don’t forget your headphones!
