Conference Rooms

A meeting and reception venue in a very special place, located between beach, dunes and the industriousness on Maasvlakte 2.

Looking for a unique venue for your business meeting? Then host your event in one of Portlantis’ four comfortable and well-equipped conference rooms. 

Each room has its own layout, features and view and is nestled within our interactive experience centre. A dynamic and inspiring place for any meeting. 
 
All of our rooms can be booked by the day or half-day (morning or afternoon): half-day morning from 09:00–13:00 hours; half-day afternoon from 13:30–17:30 hours; full-day from 09:00–17:30 hours. The Blue Room can also be booked by the hour. 

Green Room 

The Green Room is located on the third floor and is an inspiring space that is perfectly suited to creative sessions, workshops or presentations. The room accommodates 100 people in theatre seating. The Green Room can also be divided into two separate rooms: one for 50 people and one for 20 people, both when using theatre seating. Ideal if your meeting calls for multiple rooms close together, or if you are with a smaller group.  

Cost of hire: for 100 people (whole room) per half day € 625,- and for a full day € 975,-; for 50 people (part of the room) € 450,- per half day and € 725,- per full day; for 20 people (part of the room) € 325,- per half day and € 475,- per full day. The cost of hire does not include catering and additional activities.

Orange Room 

The Orange Room is found on the fourth floor near the restaurant. With its fabulous view of the sea, beach and dunes, this space accommodates 30 people in theatre seating and 20 in a U-shape. The Orange Room is equipped with a flexible screen and conference equipment for online meetings.     
 
Cost of hire: The cost for a half day is € 375,- and for a full day € 575,-. This does not include catering and additional activities. 

Orange room

Yellow Room 

Located on the fourth floor, the Yellow Room offers a wonderful view of both beach and port. The stationary boardroom table makes this room great for meetings for groups of up to 10 people. The room is equipped with a screen on the wall and conference equipment for online meetings.   
 
Cost of hire: € 325,- for half a day, € 515,- for a full day. This does not include catering and additional activities.

Blue Room

This ground floor conference room is multi-purpose for a variety of groups and has a direct entrance from outside. 

The Blue Room has fixed couches in theatre layout and seats 80 people. The room is great for presentations, as well as introductions by a Portlantis guide and the screening of films.

Cost of hire: € 150,- per hour. The hire price does not include catering and additional activities.

On weekdays, the Blue Room is mostly used for educational groups. The room is also available for other groups. Inquire about the possibilities via the request form.
